Shipping policy
We take extra care when packaging your order to ensure it arrives ready for installation.
All roofs and cages are shipped on large pallets via LTL/Freight trucks. Please note that all LTL/Freight deliveries require a signature upon arrival; shipments cannot be delivered without one.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship to most addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Due to certain restrictions, some products cannot be shipped internationally.
Many of our products ship the same day if ordered before 1 PM EST, while most others ship within two business days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you by phone or email.
IMPORTANT – DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
We work hard to ensure all items—large and small—are packaged securely. However, damage can occasionally occur due to carrier negligence.
If your freight or package arrives with noticeable damage, you must decide whether to ACCEPT or REFUSE the shipment.

If you ACCEPT the shipment: You acknowledge that any damage is not the responsibility of the carrier or Thumper Fab.

If you REFUSE the shipment: We will file a claim on your behalf and work to send a replacement as quickly as possible. Replacement items may take 2–4 weeks, depending on production schedules, but we always strive to expedite the process.
If you accepted the shipment and later discover damage, you may still contact the freight carrier directly to file a claim. We can assist by providing value documentation for the damaged item.

Order 0.00$ -124$ Delivery charges = 13.95$
Please note: We cannot file a damage claim after the items have been installed.
