At Asa Powersports, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you expected. If you need to make a return, we’re here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Before sending an item back, please review the following important guidelines:

• 30-Day Return Window:
  You have 30 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. We kindly ask that all returns are submitted within this timeframe so we can process them quickly and efficiently.

• Condition of Returned Items:
  Please ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including all accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation, and original packaging. Returned products should be free from signs of use, installation, or modification.

• Refunds & Fees:
  We offer a full refund on eligible non-custom items, minus all shipping charges and applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.

• Non-Refundable Items:
  Custom-made products—including custom fabrication, powder coating, or any item built specifically to order—are non-refundable. Items that have been altered, installed, used, or otherwise modified from their original condition are also not eligible for return or refund.
